Change of ownership at Spitta GmbH

Through a successful Management Buy-Out (MBO), Spitta GmbH, based in Balingen, Baden-Württemberg, has new owners as of March 1, 2024. Long-time managing director Halil Recber acquires 20 percent of the shares via Recber Asset Management GmbH, while Forum Media Group takes over 80 percent.
FORUM acquires Gemba Academy

German media company FORUM MEDIA GROUP GMBH has acquired majority shares in US training provider Gemba Academy LLC, based in Keller, Texas. The founders and current owners Ron Pereira, Kevin Meyer and Jon Miller will remain on board as managers and minority shareholders. The acquisition presents exciting opportunities for both FORUM and Gemba Academy.

Norbert Bietsch, long-time member of the Board of Directors of FORUM MEDIA GROUP, is retiring from the management. His duties are taken over by Katrin Krauß-Herkert, who heads the company as CFO/COO together with CEO Magdalena Balanicka.
