FORUM Apprentice Liv Schumann Ranks Among Swabia’s Top Graduates

Liv Schumann is one of the top graduates in her year at the Swabia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK). FORUM Verlag Herkert GmbH’s management team honored her for her excellent work during her apprenticeship as a media clerk specializing in print and digital.

Liv began her apprenticeship on September 1, 2024. Thanks to her outstanding performance, she was able to complete it in just two years. After graduating in July, she joined FORUM full-time and now works as a junior product manager at FVHG.

CFO/COO Katrin Krauß-Herkert gratuliert Liv Schumann für ihre herausragenden Leistungen.

CFO/COO Katrin Krauß-Herkert congratulated Liv on behalf of the entire management team and recognized all she had accomplished during her apprenticeship. Managing directors Andreas Betz and Marcus Edholzer, training manager Daniela Krauss, and the department heads Liv had worked with during her training also attended the celebration. And of course, the apprentices from FMG and FVHG were there to give Liv a proper send-off.

It was clear to everyone that the apprenticeship was a great fit for Liv and matched her interests and strengths – and she feels the same way. In recognition of her achievements, she received a travel voucher for two for a trip aboard the Eye of the Wind, the historic sailing ship operated by FORUM’s subsidiary, FORUM train & sail GmbH. The gift means a lot to Liv: “At the start of our apprenticeship, we got to take a trip on the Eye of the Wind. It was an amazing experience, so I’m especially excited to be back on board soon,” she said.

We’re delighted that Liv will remain part of the FORUM family after completing her apprenticeship. We wish her continued success and lots of enjoyment in her work.
