Change of ownership at Spitta GmbH

Through a successful Management Buy-Out (MBO), Spitta GmbH, based in Balingen, Baden-Württemberg, has new owners as of March 1, 2024. Long-time managing director Halil Recber acquires 20 percent of the shares via Recber Asset Management GmbH, while Forum Media Group takes over 80 percent.

Founded over 50 years ago by the dentist Albert Spitta, the company had been part of the WEKA Group GmbH (Kissing) since 1985. The successful change of ownership represents a significant milestone in the company's history.
