Growth for the FMG: The Merching media group acquires the leading legal publishing house "Editorial Jurídica Sepín", based in Madrid.The family-run company was founded in 1982 and is specialized in digital and printed information for judges, lawyers, tax consultants and property managers.

Sepín achieves an annual turnover of approximately 4.5 million EUR - of which more than 80 percent with digital products. The current management is staying on board to run the business.

The acqusition of Sepín is the fourth successful deal for the FMG this year. In May, the media group had acquired "Veterinary Practice News" - a leading B2B magazine for veterinarians on the US magazine market. In April, the FORUM subsidiary DoldeMedien (Stuttgart, Germany) expanded its special interest portfolio by acquiring "RUNNING - Das Laufmagazin". In March, the FMG acquired the majority of Lighthouse Independent Media based in Singapore and Hong Kong.
